Sacred Steps is a bi-weekly walking experience designed to nourish your nervous system, inspire your spirit, and bring you back to your body—alongside like-hearted souls. Each gathering is centered around a slow, intentional nature walk through a beautiful local trail.
At the halfway point, we’ll stop to sit, breathe, and enjoy a short guided meditation, followed by space to simply be in nature together. When we return from the walk, you’ll receive a refreshing drink to ground the experience and nourish your body.
This is a gentle, welcoming space for all.
A space held intentionally to connect with others and with yourself.
