When your life seems to be falling apart right before you, it is up to you to find balance again.

By this I mean not just any balance, but your own balance. Not comparing to what works for another, only focusing on what feels right for you. For each his own when it comes to one form of balance. This time is about discovering the balance that is the best fit for you, in order to progress forward.

Also you can’t expect someone else to rebuild yourself for you; it is something that can only be done by your own hand.

For when you let others take the wheel of your own future… not only may you find it very disappointing, but you lose the ultimate lesson that you needed to learn with your next move.

Each time we fall down in life, it gives us the ultimate opportunity. The ultimate opportunity to not only rebuild ourselves to be a bigger and better version than we previously were, but to allow us to truly experience the real highs and lows of life. Nothing superficial, nothing in-between, but the full spectrum of emotions. One of the most important elements to the very richness of life.

For without these definitive highs and lows we would not appreciate either. We would not be fully capable of feeling almost anything at all in this plane of existence without these peaks and valleys.

We must accept our lows for what they are, ultimate opportunities to help us continue to grow and expand to who we really are. Without these emotional variances we simply would not be able to learn or experience deeply anything.

Learn to look at your hardships as blessings in disguise in the grand scheme of things.

For those who are tried the hardest, are those who are meant to be both the wisest and the strongest.

With all my heart and love, I honor you.
