Preparation
While nothing is really required to prepare for your session, here are some suggestion to help you feel even more prepared.
- To meditate the morning of, or before the session to help you balance and find your center beforehand.
- Set your intention to have an easy and successful session.
- Create your list of questions for your Higher Self days or weeks leading up to your session so you have plenty of time to allow new important questions to come through.
- Dress in comfortable clothes that you feel good lying down in.
- Eat a light meal before the session, and take it easy on the stimulants beforehand.
- Do not bring anyone to your session. It is important that it is just the client and the practitioner for the session, as one might hold back certain information if someone else is present.
Preparing for a remote session
What you will need for your remote session:
- Approximately 4-6 hours in a private, quiet space where you will not be interrupted.
- A solid internet connection.
- A computer, tablet, or smart device plugged into power to ensure power for the entirety of the session.
- Corded earbud headphones with a mic (no bluetooth incase power dies).
- List of questions for your Higher Self sent to me a week or few days before our session.
- Making sure you will not be distracted by pets or humans.
- Silence your cell phone and all other devices, making sure to put it on “do not disturb” if you have this function to ensure minimal interruption.
- Send me a link to your Googledrive account beforehand, so I can send you your recording of your session afterwards.
- Ready to learn more about yourself!
After Your Session
- Drink lots of water.
- Stretch.
- Allow yourself some time to integrate before jumping back out into the world.
- Journaling is wonderful to capture your experience further.
- Walk barefoot in some grass, relax in some grass, or take a nice long walk in nature to help you ground and integrate.
- You will receive a copy of you session to view whenever you want, as often as you want. This is often important for months or even years down the road when you want to remember this information again and how it might be pertaining to your new situation.
